ECS 101 Reboot
As a required first-year course at Emory University, ECS 101 supports students in their transition to college by introducing key academic resources, campus support systems, and community-building strategies. Through weekly seminars and reflective assignments, students develop essential skills in academic planning, well-being, and intentional engagement with their Emory experience. This course fosters personal growth and equips students to navigate university life with confidence and purpose.
ECON 220 Reboot
As an Instructional Content Developer, I collaborated with faculty and the academic production team to help redesign ECON 220 into a flipped classroom model. I helped lead the development of instructional scripts and structured pre-class learning experiences using Canvas, Panopto, Whiteboard and the Academic Production team’s film tools. My role involved translating technical content into engaging, student-centered video scripts and coordinating with media producers to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with course outcomes. This flipped format allowed students to engage with foundational material before class, freeing up in-person sessions for hands-on coding, data analysis, and applied problem-solving in Python and R.
Learning Design Team Branding
As an Instructional Content Developer, I led the rebranding of Emory University's Learning Design Team to better reflect its evolving role in digital pedagogy and faculty partnership. This initiative included developing a refreshed visual identity, updating team messaging, and aligning our internal and external communications with strategic goals. I utilized tools such as Canva for branding assets, Miro for collaborative brainstorming and mapping team values, and Google Workspace to coordinate project management and stakeholder input. The rebrand positioned the team as a creative, solutions-focused partner in online and hybrid course innovation.
